Multimedia Company to Provide Digital Content Platform for Patient Interaction Centers and WiPads

Most people spend a minimum of 30 minutes in a doctor's waiting room before receiving medical services. With the WiPad, which the patient can detach from the PIC and take back to their seat, they can read informative content regarding their visit to the doctor, and connect to the Internet to fill out online forms, sign up for clinical trials, request educational information, check and send e-mail, visit their favorite Web sites, play games and more. All of this is provided free to the patients and can help boost patient satisfaction and retention.

This advertiser/sponsor-supported service will be managed and delivered by eliquidMEDIA's firmCHANNEL solution under its agreement with WiSpots. firmCHANNEL is a scalable and customizable digital signage system that provides unprecedented control to the end-user.
