Kwing Hung Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who
Dr. Kwing Hung celebrates 32 years serving in the federal government of Canada

Ottawa, ON, Canada, October 4, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dr. Kwing Hung, Statistical and Methodological Adviser in the Department of Justice Canada and a major contributor to the Christians On Net website, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in statistical methodology.

With 32 years of experience as a public servant in the Canadian federal government, Dr. Hung has contributed toward federal criminal justice legislations through the provision of statistical analysis and the preparation of briefs for Parliament. He is also the senior consultant for advanced statistical methods and survey methodology. He is an expert in Canadian firearm statistics; his statistical report entitled Firearm Statistics (with annual updates) has been widely cited in professional reports. He was the Canadian Coordinator for the International Crime Victims Survey (ICVS) coordinated by the United Nations, and is presently a consultant for the United Nations Global Impact and Vulnerability Alert System (GIVAS) Project.

Beside his professional duties, Dr. Hung is deeply involved as a teacher and preacher in the Christian faith. The Chinese version of his book Outline of Christian Ethics (278 pages) was published in June 2010. The English version is presently available on his website http://kwing.christiansonnet.org. Since 1989, he has regularly written news commentaries for the Chinese Christian Herald Monthly newspaper with a circulation of over 400,000 in North America.

Dr. Hung received a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in urban geography from the University of Waterloo (1986), having previously received a Master (M.A.) and Bachelor (B.S.Sc.) degrees in geography.
